New Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi announced that he held a meeting regarding international obligations and the financing of the Defense Forces, updating needs until the end of 2026, reports UNN.

“I held a special meeting with the financial and economic bloc,” Koretskyi wrote on social media on Tuesday.
According to him, this includes the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy, the National Bank, the State Treasury Service, and the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.
We have determined the priority steps for fulfilling international commitments, upon which partners’ financial support depends, and for preserving macroeconomic stability.

He emphasized: “The unconditional priority is full financial support for the Defense Forces. We discussed the financing of sustainability plans and social expenditures.”
We are updating the needs until the end of 2026, and in parallel, we are preparing the draft budget for 2027.
