“We discussed preparations for the upcoming heating season. This involves securing additional financial resources to build up necessary gas reserves and to reconstruct the energy infrastructure that Russia persistently targets for destruction,” Koretzkyi indicated.
He emphasized that the European Union remains Ukraine’s most significant financial contributor.
Within the framework of the Ukraine Support Loan, Ukraine has already received 8.1 billion euros. We are looking forward to the timely disbursement of subsequent tranches of macro-financial assistance and the Ukraine Facility this year, which are crucial for maintaining Ukraine’s financial stability.
