The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to include the industrial park BUCHA TECHNO GARDEN II in the Register of Industrial Parks.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture, the industrial park is established in the village of Myrotske, Bucha district, Kyiv region, for a period of 30 years. Its area is 12.5978 hectares.
“It is planned to locate processing industry enterprises on the territory of the park. In particular, this includes the processing and preservation of fruits and vegetables, as well as the production of machinery and equipment,” the ministry clarified.
The total volume of planned investments amounts to UAH 710.2 million. Financing is expected from the own funds of the initiators, the management company, and future participants of the park, as well as through state incentives.
“The park is focused on processing fruits and vegetables, which is precisely the area where Ukraine has both raw materials and demand. 378 jobs in Myrotske are a tangible result that the community will experience in the coming years,” noted Vitaliy Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.
